Brilliant experience. The staff really kindly upgraded me so I could check in early, but there was a problem with that room. Very efficient in sorting the issue and gave me another upgrade and free drink. Wish I’d been staying longer to try out their facilities/sauna too

The internet in the room wasn't working at all. The staff suggested I will use the prioritized wifi, at their expense, but that didn't work either. They promised several times that someone will come check and fix it, but nobody came. Also the staff changed daily and none of them was familiar with the issue that I told their previous colleges.
They offered no compensation or discount for the problem, despite having paid a crazy high amount for the room for 2 nights.
One of them even got mad at me for raising the issue again and for being "impatient".
Left with bad feeling and will never get back to this chain, this is not how guests should be treated.

Rooms feel old and run down with linoleum floor- bring slippers, you won’t want to walk on it.
Housekeeping hung up dirty towels we had left on floor- yuck!

Great location right on the river, superb staff, a self-serve snacks and refreshments area in the foyer, clean and very cool, stylish rooms. There is a lovely outdoor area looking right over the Spree River and the Oberbaum bridge. So many cool bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk away. We will be back.
