Goodwill and customer orientation NOT available!

After an accident, I had to cancel. Money was not returned but also no invoice for the full amount to submit this to my company. Instead, long back and forth. That's how you lose customers! Never again! There are much nicer hotels in the vicinity, which are on the one hand even better and quieter and on the other hand have employees who are trained in dealing with guests.

The only problem with the stay was, the parking, there were not enough parking, what means you need to drive to another place to park you car.

Room was nice and clean, but very noicy. Noise from the road, doors closing, people in the appartment above us and from the hallway.
