Tolle Auszeit in gemütlichem Piratenschiff im Steigerwald

Wir haben uns in den tollen sauberen Piratenschiffen sehr wohlgefühlt, und wurden auch herzlich empfangen. Wir finden es auch toll, dass wir morgens mit unserem Hund hier gemeinsam frühstücken können. Der zentrale Frühstücksraum und die große schöne Terrasse sowie das obere Stockwerk bieten ausreichend Platz für ein entspanntes Frühstück, welches gut und abwechslungsreich ist. Das thematisierte Mobil Home ist gemütlich, zweckmäßig und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es gibt
in diesem Konzept zwar keine Kochmöglichkeit, dies störte uns aber nicht, denn eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, auch gibt es einen gefüllten Kühlschrank mit moderaten Preisen, sowie abends das Buffetrestaurant. Die Anlage ist ansprechend thematisiert mit viel Grün und ist sauber. Der Schiffsbug ist eine bestuhlte Trasse mit Tisch und auch Liegen, das haben wir gerne genutzt, ist sehr entspannend. Uns hat es beim ersten Aufenthalt so gut gefallen, dass wir nun inzwischen das dritte Mal für einen Kurzurlaub hier waren. Wir waren nicht im Freizeitpark nebenan, sondern haben Ausflüge gemacht, unter anderem nach Bamberg. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nice resort, poor service.

The resort itself is nice but the service more than poor. 30 minutes waiting time in freezing temperatures in front of the reception. The opening hours there were not observed. Then someone came on the call. "Immediately" lasted almost 30 minutes. Not so great with two little kids.
Unfortunately, the dinner buffet was cancelled because the cook was supposedly ill, no alternative was offered. So we left early and spent the New Year's Eve at home.
Unfortunately there was no response to my cancellation request, reception was not occupied, on telephone request the key should be thrown in the mailbox.
There was no winter service, we unfortunately had a fall as a result.
The snack machine was as empty, no further offer available.
All in all, the value for money was poor, we were disappointed!

Das Resort war sehr schön. Es war von der Unhöflichkeit des Personals überschattet, vor allem bei der Dame an der Rezeption, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keinerlei Serviceorientierung. Auch im Restaurant war Freundlichkeit ein Fremdwort. Schade, denn das Ambiente versprach eigentlich mehr.

Unerwartet schön
Ich hatte es für einen Business Besuch nur für eine Nacht gebucht und mich dabei auf die guten Bewertungen verlassen.
Das Resort liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Freizeitpark und ist eigentlich für die Gäste des Resorts geplant.
Also:
Ein toller Bungalow nur für mich.
Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wirklich toll.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.
Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Es war herrlich, trotz Regenwetter Sehr gemütlich und sauber und das Personal total freundlich. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
