Good for a weekend by the sea
The extra bed for my daughter was missing completely and so I called the lady again, who gave us the code for the box with key again phone, 10 minutes later then 2 Polish employees came and quickly converted the couch to bed during our presence. The two were super nice and fast. The two nights the room is ok, but the three of you quickly walk over your feet , because very small, but for the two nights it was ok. The room was clean but functional and not very cozy. Breakfast was in the annexe , there we checked in the following day, because there was no one left in the evening. Breakfast was great, very fresh and also super nice staff again. We were rather disturbed by other guests with their way of dealing with fellow human beings. Another plus is the free parking on site as well as the lounge with free pool table on the ground floor, which we used. There is also a fridge on the ground floor, from which you can take drinks and snacks with a cash register of confidence. Also a fine move, I think. The hotel has a good starting point, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the shopping street of Grömitz. We would book again.

Check billing on site!
The room was clean and functional but not very cozy. Breakfast was in the annexe, was great and very fresh and very nice staff.
The decor of the hotel is a bit older, it smells a bit stale.
Pros: Plenty of free parking behind the house.
At the billing we were given a total sum, no invoice offered. We'd get those by mail.
Only at home we were able to check the invoicing and found 3 nights listed and charged in it. No sign of “3 for 2”! Attempting to clarify the situation by telephone, we were only put off and referred to a callback from “the boss”. Unfortunately, this never happened despite repeated questions.
We received this behavior at least dubious and not customer-friendly. Our teaching and recommendation: Be sure to request and check a written invoice on site!
We will not book again.

Es ist absolut ausreichend, wenn man nur zum übernachten da ist.
Sie Lage ist sehr zentral und nachts sehr ruhig.
Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

Negativ: Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig - nur 2 Kaffeetassen, kein Toaster. Der Balkon ist schön groß, sah aber runtergekommen aus, Balkontisch leider nicht vorhanden, Fernsehempfang schlecht,
Positiv:
Viel Platz, sauber, nettes Personal, es gab einen Billiardtisch und einen Kicker in der Hotelanlage, super Lage, Parkplätze ausreichend,
