Outdated decor.
Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean.
Breakfast basic.
No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German.
Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses.
For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided.

Unfriendly staff and unprofessional staff
Old fashioned room furniture
Soap-Dispenser empty.
and a really really dirty balcony - never cleaned this year.
Broken rusty furniture on the balcony
And much to expensive for this old ugly stuff

This is a small hotel located in a quiet village of Herbstein, which is easily accessible from A4/E40. The room was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with everything you would expect within this price range. As a bonus - the restaurant serves delicious food (breakfast and diner).
