It’s perfectly located close to Leipzig Hbf , breakfast is ok and very busy. The staff in there are great, reception staff seem overworked and maybe this makes them a little grumpy

Great hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of the historic centre. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped - perhaps a chair would have made it perfect. Breakfast was superb, including the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Recommended.

Excellent location. Nice big, spacious reception area to check in. Fantastic organisation and extremely smooth/easy check-in/out. Exceptionally clean - all new fixtures and fittings. Room exactly what we wanted for our stay. Breakfast included was such a great bonus - good choice, good quality, well organised.

No repeat factor

We stayed three nights at the H2 Hotel in Leipzig for business. The location is good. Right at the station. It is also relatively quiet. But, clientele school classes in the house. The hotel has six floors and school classes were spread over four floors. These have been playing catch all day and also at night in the corridors the fire doors were slammed and it was very loud.
Breakfast was okay so far. Not rich, though. Rooms are very spartanly decorated.

Gerade bei Gruppenreisen kann es trotz unserer Bemühungen zur Zimmerverteilung und Einhaltung von Ruhezeiten leider zu unruhigeren Situationen kommen. Wir verstehen sehr gut, dass dies insbesondere nachts sehr störend ist, und werden Ihr Feedback dazu intern noch einmal gezielt aufnehmen.
Schön zu hören ist, dass Sie die Lage des Hotels sowie die grundsätzliche Ruhe im Gebäude positiv bewertet haben. Ihre Rückmeldung zum Frühstück und zur Zimmerausstattung nehmen wir ebenfalls ernst und leiten diese an die zuständigen Teams weiter.
Unser Konzept ist bewusst funktional und auf das Wesentliche ausgerichtet, dennoch ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen und gut erholen können.
