Pleasant!

For a weekend of peace and quiet, it was fine... good, family-oriented service and good cuisine are on board!
Cyclists are also taken care of... incl. Charging option.
We will certainly end up there again for a break.

Service desert Germany

All in all, very disappointing. The food itself was okay. The service was absolutely terrible. After our order was taken, we were told that we should get the salad from the buffet. When we asked for directions there, we were shown the way through the main entrance. Since we had a seat in the beer garden, that was complete nonsense, as the way around the back was much more convenient and shorter. It is also labeled that way, but we read it too late.
Ordering drinks proved difficult multiple times. We had to make ourselves heard loudly multiple times, despite empty glasses that were already piling up. There were four of us. With 3 servers plus apparently 2 managers, no one was interested in us. Paying also proved difficult. We tried multiple times, a waiter promised us that someone would come, but that was not true. I told an older woman, presumably the boss, who ignored us all evening, about this after about 20 minutes (I went up to her). Her answer was that it is the staff's fault. That is wrong. If management only cares about their hotel guests, the staff is not solely to blame. Finally, it should be noted that we sat in the shade at first, then fully in the sun. No one cared about that, even though everyone on the staff noticed. Only upon my request to operate an awning was it complied with. I just came from South Tyrol, where guests were treated differently.

Tourist fast track processing

Salad and snails were completely oversalted, making the salad inedible.
The fillets were crispy fried and very plentiful, but almost tasteless.
The manager is very active and takes care of the guests, but the atmosphere in the beer garden resembles a covered parking lot!

Many flies in the salad at the salad buffet

We were for dinner very early at the inn ship, at 5:30 p.m.
Our food was accompanied by the salad buffet. The salads were unfortunately extremely badly washed or very dirty. There was a big fly in the carrot salad. Unfortunately, the cucumber salad also had a fat dead fly in it, which was only noticed later at the table. After we complained about this, we should help ourselves to the salad buffet again. But this time, too, there was a dead fly in the green salad. After another complaint this was also removed and we got a new one from the kitchen.
The owner apologized to us but without any gesture. She didn't have the idea to offer a coffee or take over our aperitif. We are more than disappointed and will definitely not be back. We were so perplexed that we tipped as usual. Absolutely not recommended.

Wonderful birthday party

70. Birthday Celebrated
Excellent on all counts.
Very good food, asparagus and fish a poem. Service very good and friendly.
We will definitely come back.
