Such a lovely stay! Realllyyyyy friendly front desk staff. So helpful and such a safe place to stay. Truly helped me out in a pinch. I would definitely stay again!!
So central and free coffee and tea at the front. Was exactly what I needed. Thank you again!!

Came in late but the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and parked. Even gave us a fan for the room. The rooms are very small and the bathroom small and old, needs an update. Was an easy walk to the market platz for food and shopping the next day. Glad only here for one night .

Filthy, bug infested, just awful. It needs to be removed from this platform as it’s not fit for purpose / we didn’t sleep in the bed given it was literally crawling with flies and bugs. We didn’t shower as the bathroom was horrid. Just unacceptable

The staff was very friendly and kind, but the hotel itself was not clean, not air conditioned, the lights and elevator weren't working. I would not recommend staying there unless you are on a tight budget and don't mind staying somewhere that needs lots of upgrading.

Hostel style rooms and very run down

This hotel really wasn’t right for me. I like to go back to the hotel before dinner and enjoy a coffee and relax and that is not possible in these hostel style rooms with no tea or coffee making in the room (they have it at reception). The room I had was very run down, tiny and really felt more like a hostel for the homeless than a hotel for paying guests. The reception staff were very nice but we checked out after one night and found somewhere else more suited to our needs. On the other hand if you’re just wanting somewhere to get your head down and not fussy it would do the job. I would not recommend it at all though for a regular holiday with family. The location is good but Munich is all walkable so everywhere is close if you’re in the city centre.
