Everything was great, but since there is limited front desk service, I had a moment of panic when I left the parking key with my room key in the secure box and I thought that I would not be able to leave until the front desk clerk arrived later. Luckily she arrived and retrieved my key, but it is unusual to have to retrieve the car and then drop the keys in the drop-box.

The reception is open daily from 10:00-14:00 and the hotel is reachable by phone from 09:00-22:00 Guests can check in using an automatic check-in machine. A photo ID and a credit card or debit card. Payment in cash is not possible on-site. Guests can request an ironing board and iron at the reception. A weekly cleaning service is also available. Please note that private parking at the accommodation is underground. A parking space must be reserved up to 3 days before arrival. For safety reasons as well, the 2nd apartment key card is to be removed from the electronic panel inside the apartment.
