We stayed at the Klövensteen for a training session at Kopp.

A very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff.
The wine list left nothing to be desired.
Dinner and breakfast were fresh and tasty.

Not recommended in summer

Incredible that the rooms have no air conditioning! It was the worst overnight stay in a hotel that I have ever had! They also put us under the roof. Since we were there with several people, I can say that the other rooms were also completely overheated. At almost 104°F, it is an imposition.
The standing fan was also of no use at all. Not at all contemporary, especially for the price!
Otherwise, there is nothing bad to say about the rooms. Clean and tidy. At least the breakfast area was air-conditioned.

If it's Hamburg's Derby, then again KLÖVENSTEEN.

Friendly reception, abundant breakfast, nice bar, and good restaurant. Neglected hotel.

Pleasant stay

I had booked the Ringhotel KLÖVENSTEEN for one night due to its geographical location.
The reception was friendly and helpful.
The quiet room (No. 12) with shower room in the 1st floor. Floor was bright, functionally furnished and extremely clean. The size of the room was large enough for a short stay, the bed comfortable. A gr. Flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Safe were available.
Good Wi-Fi connection free of charge as well as parking directly at the house.
Breakfast was very extensive and appealing and a guarantee of a good start to the day.
I would definitely book the RINGHOTEL KLÖVENSTEEN again if necessary and can recommend the house without reservation.

In a hotel with a dog.

Nice and cozy hotel. Free outside parking and possibility of parking cellar. The hotel is located in quiet and quiet neighborhood on the edge of Schenefeld. We had a dog with us, we had to have the dog with us in a special area of the restaurant. Prices were average and the food was good. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was nice though not so big. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. We'd love to come back.
