It was a nice bike getaway!

A great clean hotel. The whole staff extremely friendly and very nice. The young colleague - Mr Schulze - at the reception is particularly noteworthy. Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back! Familie Rothmann aus Leipzig

I like white tablecloths

We had a coffee in the hotel... at the table we chose with tablecloth we were not allowed to sit down we were placed in the hallway. Tablecloths were nowhere! When I think back to Austria, what an exorbitant level prevails everywhere in this country, here in Germany it is only cheap and primitive. The lady at the service was very friendly though! I'd like to say that commendably.

A country estate without throne but with plenty of peace

The three circles as our own assessment of the hotel category certainly prove our rating of plus for the reception to 3 for the kitchen. Our overall subjective assessment is therefore based only on an authentic assessment of individual areas of the institution. As mentioned at the beginning, the reception staff are just as much the evening waiter an example of kindness, competence and attention. Keep it up!
Also very pleasant the barrier-free access, the swimming pool and the dining room.
The rooms should get a refresher:
1. Only two hard-to-reach outlets and none at the beds.
2. Absolutely poor sound quality from the TV set.
3. Washbasin faucet no longer in line with the drawing, as does the shower curtain
4. Wall paint Dissolves in the corners.
Here, however, some shortcomings have now arisen, which were very reminiscent of a spa facility or FDGB holiday home:
How can it be that the butter is generally not in the refrigeration and was only positioned there after several indications from a guest.
The breakfast buffet was also the same for 4 days. The baked goods weren't subject to any variety, bacon dripping in fat and the scrambled eggs, well. Who then believed the half-board gave birth to variety? Unfortunately, no.
The same selection (without jam etc.) only with a hot dish (!), which could not be more different, but shot down the bird on Saturday night:
Roast onion with fried potatoes (emphasis is on ro s t).
We don’t know what the calculation and the recipe dictated, but that wasn’t nearly what it should be in terms of appearance or taste and the fried potatoes, oh dear!
Since we assume that the target group prefers the narrow purse, it is still not essential to make certain investments in the future, i.e. modernization. The zeitgeist has not yet achieved everything.

Never neither country estate hotel

Compared to 2019/2020, the hotel is no longer recognizable. It's totally worn off and I wouldn't recommend it. On full board we received carrot stew , with no alternative. On the calculation it turned out that we were charged 17.00Euro for it (there also the excuse like mixed calculation) does not help. This is just a rip-off. A bottle of water at 7.00 euros is also not without.

Experiences made, but does not have to do it again

Price is way too expensive for facilities, the service is satisfactory that is food is little choice There we would not go again. But good outdoor facilities, in beautiful nature .Very old furniture, the mattresses sagged and laid out goods eternally old .
