Hotel impression negative
The first room we were put in was in very bad condition: mold in the bathroom, old plumbing, worn-out repairs. Despite the appeals, we sought relocation for about two days. There was no mold in the second room, but the main room had no lights at all, and the problem was never fixed. The night before we left, we had to pack in near darkness using our phone flashlights.
In general, the rooms are very old, a lot needs renovation. There was no hairdryer in the room, soap had to be asked for separately. The food is very uniform, the choice is small, in a week practically nothing changed. On several occasions, the food was removed before breakfast officially ended.
A separate problem is the organization and performance of staff. We asked at reception several times during the day for information on airport transfers, but they told us that it was not yet available. As a result, the guide had to call on his own at night. There was also confusion about the timing of the meeting with the guide: we were told 3:00 p.m. and the guide arrived at 10:00 a.m. That is, there was clearly no normal communication between the hotel and the host party.
During the night, the receptionist was also absent: when the car rented through the hotel was returned at about 01:00, we were told on the phone to just leave the **money and car keys at the counter**.
Of the pros - really good **sandy beach and sea**. But the sunbeds pay -15 €, and around 10 a.m. there are practically no more seats available.
In our experience, **declared level 4★ this hotel does not meet** at all. Even for 3★, the condition of the rooms and the level of service raise very many questions.
We travel a lot, but this is the first time we've faced so many problems in one week. Repeatedly, this hotel is definitely not chosen and we cannot recommend it.

Best vacation ever!
The hotel staff really takes care of their guests, especially the girls at the front desk. I will definitely be returning someday soon!
