The perfect place to stay!!!

Rooms are very clean, laundry is made every two days and the owner is one of the kindest people I met in Athens. The hotel has free parking is far away from heavy traffic and the neighborhood is plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Absolutely suggested!!!!

Very nice and quiet hotel not far from ATHENS

Family hotel with very nice owners and service, nice room with all you expect from a hotel today. The hotel has a very large terrace where you can take your breakfast with a nice view direction downtown. Not directly in town but only 5 minutes’ walk to downtown where you have same nice bars and restaurants.

My Athens Calm

I have come here three or four times since my last review and it is still as good as ever. The hotel with its excellent wide stone shower area, proper working WiFi and large rooms, still only has six working rooms rooms though it could have 41 rooms!! Why is the usual Greek 'dispute' with someone. For me, I do not care, the hotel is quite but the six rooms are filled and I always have to book to be on the safe side.
I had breakfast here for the first time. It's extra but it was quite well done, I had a good quality bread and jam with a fantastic view of North Athens from my tree enclosed hotel terrace

The best of Athens

The Akraion is located in Melissia, a northeastern suburb of Athens. Near enough to the airport to avoid the really expensive taxi ride from downtown Athens. It is a quiet, well appointed hotel. Recently renovated, my wife and I enjoyed a couple of very pleasant days staying here. Christos and Lambros were extremely pleasant and helpful. Their English is excellent. Well worth the 80 euros we paid.

Peace in Athens

On the 4 & 5 March 2014, my wife and I spent a couple of peaceful nights in a small hotel near my mother-in-laws in the North of Athens on the road to Penteli mountain. Even though the hotel was half closed the rooms were excellent and the reception staff helpful.
I will be returning April for Easter and will be looking forward to sitting on their terrace looking out on Athens below
