Dreamy Perfection

Dreamy perfection. Our family of 4 stayed at Hotel Off for 8 nights and it is a true hidden gem (IYKYK). We stayed in the suite (Room 9) and my college aged kids stayed in room 7 (had a balcony). Maria was patient and kind and answered many questions prior to arriving. She went above and beyond for our entire stay. She helped us set up a lovely family dinner of leftovers in the courtyard and made dinner reservations. It is the quintessential Old Town Chania experience with radical hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful and had fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs, dakos, meats, loukamades, and cheeses, etc... They had beach towels for us as well. We parked our car near the park and had no trouble finding parking in May. The location is right off the harbor with sunset views around the corner. The courtyard is dreamy, the rooftop balcony a sanctuary, and overall the one of the best hotel experiences we've had traveling around Europe.

Charming!

A charming hotel with a friendly staff, located in the heart of the Chania old town. Our room was large and comfortable! Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast!

Fabulous hotel. Lovely room and a great location. Stylish decor and sympathetic to its origins. The courtyard for breakfast and up the stairs for a chill are beautiful. A minute from the harbour and minutes from the old town and it's restaurants. Highly recommended

Pleasant stay in a charming hotel

Small charming hotel well restored in the old town. The staff is lovely and attentive. Our room, the 5, with balcony overlooked the busy little street. A little too lively in the evening though considering the busy bar right across the street. Comfortable and impeccable room. The courtyard where breakfast is served is shaded and very nice. The buffet is varied, composed of fresh and homemade products. However, do not hesitate to ask for supplements (freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs,...), they will be served with a smile. We had a pleasant stay.

Charming bolthole in the old town

Perfectly located little hotel close to Chania port and the beach of Nea Chora.
Comfortable rooms, a charming courtyard where a varied and generous breakfast is served, roof terrace with a view.
Best of all are the people who run the hotel. When my first night was marred by loud noise from a club nearby, they went to talk with the owner who subsequently turned the volume down. That is the true spirit of hospitality.
Strongly recommended, but not for toddlers or people with mobility issues.
