EVERYTHING AS NORMAL

I stayed at this property for 3 days.
Small but very functional apartment.
The wifi in the room is intermittent.
The managers were very helpful and discreet.
To reach the beaches it takes 15 minutes on foot, while the market takes 5/7 minutes

From the photos you can't tell

From the photos it looked like a newer apartment, instead it's all very old and shabby, the cleanliness is summary, we found dust everywhere and my daughter who is allergic started to sneeze and blow my nose until the end of the stay.
There was no water both just arrived and on the last day of stay and when there was often no hot water.
The location is also a bit uncomfortable as it is inland and you have to make several kilometers of narrow and dangerous roads to get to the points of interest in the area. One important thing to know is that it is not possible to pay at the property by credit card and they only accept cash and do not issue receipt of payment! Yet I booked through Agoda, I don't think it's a regular mode

Very good & clean

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Good location in Liapades, near to very good restaurants, with beautiful beaches and cheap (30 euros/night). The only problem was the wi-fi service, which disconnected a few times. Recommended!

Levné jednoduché ubytování

Levné ubytování pro nenáročné hosty. Apartmán se sociálním zařízením a se skromně vybavenou kuchyňkou (lednička,dřez, elektrický vařič - 2 plotýnky, gril) - kuchyňská skříňka zapáchala plísní, Pokoj při prvním vstupu byl cítit čističem proti plísni. Byli jsme v dubnu, ještě mimo sezónu, pravděpodobně jedni z prvních návštěvníků. Vybírali jsme dle ceny a s požadavkem transferu z/na letiště. Dopravu zajistil majitel ne moc čistým "pracovním" vozem, ale dovezl nás.Půjčili jsme si od majitele skutr, vše bez problémů, všude nás dovezl. Majitelé moc dobře anglicky nemluví. Apartámy disponují klimatizací - v dubnu ač bylo krásně jsme nevyužili. Balkon apartámu situován na východ, ranní snídaně na balkoně příjemné, vstup do pokoje od západu, kde byla i terasa se stoly - příjemné navečer, kdy v pokoji bylo chladno.

Levné ALE!

Pánové,jsou milí a vstřícní. Ubytování leží v nádherné dědince Liapades, to jsou bohužel jediná pozitiva...
Pokoj byl plesnivý, v kuchynce skoro netekla voda, kapal kohoutek, záchod hodně špatně splachoval a sprcha také skoro netekla.
Půjčený skútr se nám rozbil po cestě z výletu, dali nám pak jiný, ale to.. škoda mluvit, tím jsme se na delší výlet ani neodvážili.
