Great value for money

We were prepared for anything based on other reviews, but very much enjoyed our stay here. It's clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, the bathrooms are quite nice and recently upgraded. There is even good pressure in the shower, the first time I have experienced this in Greece. A few niggles - you may want to bring your own smoke alarm as there were none in our rooms, and hardly any lightbulbs in the lamps. And one of the ACs made a horrible noise.

Great location and very good value for money

I give 5 stars, why?
Well, because I think this is appropriate for a two star hotel with this value for money and my rating is now based on six holidays.
The location is ideal for a climbing holiday.
It is located in the center of Massouri yet quiet and it gives the hotel its own parking
If you have an upper apartment with sea view, you can have breakfast with unobstructed views of Telendos Island.
In addition, you have a large balcony where you can have breakfast comfortably and also hang your bathing clothes.
The kindness of Maria and also her staff is great, so we always felt comfortable and our concerns were quickly taken care of.
The apartments are simply furnished but clean. But those who expect box spring beds will be disappointed here. And as mentioned above, the balcony is a big plus.
We will be there again in September and are already looking forward.

Knew we would have a simple accommodation, but if it's a studio for two, at least kitchen utensils should be for two people. Almost everything was missing. we had to ask for the most elemental, a couple of cups / mugs for coffee, cutlery was missing, there was nothing to boil eggs in, etc. No sweeping of the balcony was done until we told. You always bring sand to a beach resort, not nice to get it under your feet when you are newly showered. Have lived in many places, but it has never been this lousy.

Great value for money

We spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel right above the Masouri beach. I live in Greece, so I’ve stayed in many noisy, uncomfortable rooms, but in this one we felt like we’re staying in our own private villa! The room had a big balcony with a beautiful view to the sea & sunset. It was clean, and there was absolutely no noise from the neighbors, so we slept sooo good... Thank you!

Good budget hotel!

Good budget hotel , very clean we are returning in September as Was a great base! Need a car here as is very remote but very relaxing!
Nice restaurant called happiness near by which is walking distance good home cooked food and reasonable pricesl
