The room is good but as people we should have understanding and not do everything for profit

The room was good but the price was expensive for what they offered. The unacceptable thing was that we were charged the room for the night we didn't stay because of the boat's embarrassing shame they definitely took double.

Καλημέρα κ......; Όσον αφορά την τιμή ήσασταν απόλυτα ενήμερος και συμφωνος κατά την διαδικασία κράτησης. Το καταλυμα χρέωσε κανονικα τις ημέρες κράτησης τίποτα παραπάνω, απλά μείνατε με καθυστέρηση άφιξης, στο δωμάτιο τη συγκεκριμένη μέρα όπου αναφέρεστε!
Για την καθυστέρηση του πλοίου θα έπρεπε να διαμαρτυρηθειτε στην ακτοπλοϊκή εταιρεία.

Wonderful

First time on the island of Limnos and first time we didn't have to disinfect anything. Our room was spotless, with a great view. The beach near us, with an organized beach bar and nice waters, even if it was windy all over the island .The reception, service and general behavior of the people in charge was impeccable. Comfortable parking space with each car in its own spot. The distance from Myrina is short and as a location it was quite quiet. We did not face any problems throughout our stay, in Edem and of course if the wind ever brings us to the island again, we will try to stay here again. Stratos, Eleni, Marios

Studios Edem Lemnos

Located 10 minutes' drive from Myrina, the Sea View is breathtaking and the room comprises of 1 bedroom and a kitchenette.
Clean and neat and friendly.
And the owner....she is a character.
What more can you ask for two nights vacation?

Ωραία κι άνετα δωματια

Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και καθαρά με τις βασικές παροχές εξασφαλισμένες. Πολύ ωραία θέα, θάλασσα και ηλιοβασίλεμα,από την όμορφη βεράντα. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή,σχετικά κοντά στη Μύρινα και άλλους προορισμούς,αρκεί να έχεις μέσον. Στα αρνητικά, όμως, είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες οι οποίοι έκαναν συνεχώς παρατηρήσεις. Πριν ακόμα φτάσουμε, πήραν τηλέφωνο να ζητήσουν τα παιδάκια να μην κάνουν φασαρία. Φτάνοντας μας είπαν να μην ανάβουμε κλιματισμό, να μην ξοδεύουμε το νερό και να βγάζουμε μόνοι τα σκουπίδια. Θεωρώ πως για αυτά που χρεώνουν το ρεύμα, το νερό και η καθαριότητα θα έπρεπε να συμπεριφέρεται στην τιμή κι όχι να μας ζητάνε να τους κάνουμε οικονομία. Στο θέμα των παιδιων, τέλος, από τη στιγμή που αποφασίζεις ότι δέχεσαι παιδάκια στο κατάλυμα πρέπει να περιμένεις ότι και φασαρία θα κάνουν και θα λερώσουν, ειδικά άμα είναι πολύ μικρα. Αλλιώς ξεκαθαρίζεις ότι θες μόνο ενήλικες (όπως πολύ σωστά κάνουν αλλά καταλύματα) και δε φέρνεις σε δύσκολη θέση γονείς που θέλουν να κάνουν διακοπές και να χαλαρωσουν

ΟΧΙ ΞΕΝΟΙΑΣΤΟ

Πολύ ωραίο συγκρότημα. Καθαρά δωμάτια. Απίστευτα ωραία θέα θάλασσα και ηλιοβασίλεμα! Η κοντινή παραλία πολύ πολύ καλή!
Το δωμάτιό μας με 2 υπνοδωμάτια πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι με έπιπλα για 4.
Όμως έπρεπε να προσέχουμε τη σίτα να μη σπάσει, το νερό (μπορεί να ζεμάταγε, μπορεί και όχι), το καζανάκι (κόλλαγε το κουμπί και έμενε να τρέχει), τα φώτα (η κάρτα έμενε πάντα στη θέση της για να μην απορυθμιστεί το ρούτερ) και φυσικά το air condition που ήταν μία μονάδα και τα μεσημέρια τα έβρισκε λίγο σκούρα!
Όλα τα παραπάνω θετικά και αρνητικά, σε συνδιασμό με την τιμή (πάνω από €100 την ημέρα), καταλήγουν σε μία μέτρια τελική εικόνα. Μας άρεσε πολύ, αλλά δεν είμασταν ξένοιαστοι!
