Super View
3 nights in a sea view room - wonderful views and very quiet.
Large balcony would benefit from a couple of comfortable chairs to replace the mismatched pair out there.
Comfortable bed and decent quiet air con. The room is compact but adequate.
Fantastic location and simple, clean accommodation.
No WiFi but available at tavernas and the cantina next door.
Recommended.

Very very disappointing
We spend a lot of time on Lesvos island and Tarti is one of our favourite beaches. For several years we had planned to stay overnight. We finally got around to booking this year, to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We went to the hotel and talked to the owner, explaining in Greek and English that we would like to book a room at the front overlooking the beach. No room at the front was available for our preferred dates, so we agreed to stay much later in the season (22nd September). Several times we said that we did not want a room at the back. We were looking forward to it so much. Sitting on a balcony, overlooking the beach, watching the sunset, and eating breakfast the next morning. We arrived on Sunday and the owner, who had been very friendly when taking our booking, scuttled off inside the hotel, leaving her son to tell us that our room was not ready and that we should come back in half an hour. We came back and the son took us upstairs and showed us the back room. We explained that we had booked a room at the front and he said someone else had booked it. No apology. We said that we were not happy and I didn’t want to stay but my husband persuaded me. The problems didn’t stop there though. The WiFi didn’t work, the shower was tepid at best, there was no light in the hall (dangerous at night with a marble staircase), very noisy plumbing from other rooms and the shutter on the east facing window was jammed open so we were woken up at sunrise.
The worst thing was the shameful behaviour of the owner who avoided us even when walking past us on the beach twice to her car.

Secluded Paradise
The Studios Elena Tarti sits in the middle of the bay in one of the most beautifully breath taking areas of Mytilini. Locals greet you like it was yesterday as you walk to Studio Elena. The apartments are very clean and comfortable with cooking facilities, bathroom and of course a balcony with spectacular views of the bay and The Aegean beyond. Eleni's studios are very reasonable priced. With tavernas at both ends and a mimi-mart, it's truly a beach holiday heaven.

Ηταν φανταστικα
Τελειο, τελεια θεα ωραια δωματια και πολύ φιλικό πρωσοπικο. Ειναι τελειο κανω ταξίδια χρονια και ποτε δεν βρηκα τοσο καλο. Μακαρι να ξαναπάω στην Λέσβο για να παω εκει.Η παραλια ειναι μικρη και καθαρη. Διπλα εχει ταβέρνες με καλο φαει και ενα εκκλησάκι.

Luogo incantevole
Questo posto è realmente un paradiso! Spiaggia incantevole, piccola, mai troppo affollata, con bar e qualche taverna con cibo tipico greco di grande qualità. Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, questo è altrettanto incantevole: atmosfera accogliente e familiare, informale ma con tutte le comodità. A 5 metri dal mare, ci si sveglia con il rumore delle onde e con la proprietaria che cucina cose sfiziose per colazione se lo si desidera.
