Lovely apartments and pool!

The apartments were spacious and incredibly clean. Maid service was every day, change of towels and bedding every three days. There is the usual issue of the shower head not being very adjustable on the bracket, but that's a Greek design fault with the head rather than the hotel.[ I actually managed to fix it by cutting a plastic milk bottle top up and wedging it into the hinge!]

I liked it

It's a nice family hotel. It's a quiet and clean place to stay. The owners are super nice. They were happy to help with anything and resolved any issues we had pretty fast (for example an extra blanket). Also, they gave us fresh food from their garden and agreed that our check out will be a bit later. So nice :)
It's a little bit farther than other hotels but you don't really feel it. Five minutes to the beach and and 2 min to a big super market and pharmacy.
I liked that there is not a tiny pool you can use any time. The only thing I didn't like is a small shower. But even 5 stars hotels have small showers, so not a big problem.

Nice cozy hotel

We are so happy and cozy in this hotel. Big room, really clean and spacious. A lot of space in Loset, also there is iron, iron table, hairdryer, all cooking stuff. Bathroom is small, but really clean. Swimming pool area is really wuit and cute, feeling like in village. Clean swimming pool. Breakfast in room at 9 o’clock. Fresh juofe was wonderfull

Helpful and friendly service

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were helpful and friendly.
The appartment was clean, well equipped with a safe and fridge.
They catered well in ordering breakfast for my Gluten free diet.
The bathroom was a little small and dark.
The pool and garden were lovely, and it was relaxing on hot days to get away from the busy city and beach.
I would like to return again.

Exceptional!

“Theros” is definitely one of the best accommodations ever! Everything exceeded our expectations from the time we arrived to the time we departed.
The stylish family room we stayed in was very clean, with air conditioning and free wi-fi, comfy bed and sofa, everything was new. Kitchen with all the equipment and the fridge. The room is simply perfect. When we needed something in the room, we got it in five mins or less. Outdoor pool was very clean and the garden was beautiful.
The owner George and his family members are the best part of our holidays. They really made our days, like real friends recommending the best restaurants and the best beaches on the island. They guided us really well on everything right from bus stops, supermarkets, what to do in Rethymno till sightseeing, etc. George helped us before we even arrived, by organizing a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us to the airport for the flight back to our country. We really felt at home. Our stay in “Theros” was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely go back.
