Nice place to stay, value for money

I don't really understand the negative comments for the place. You are probably paying %30 less than a regular fare of a 3 star hotel in the region and rent a good space as clean as it can be with free parking and a patio.
The owners are very nice people trying to be as helpful as they can be during your stay.
Yes you need a car bur that's valid almost for all facilities in Cephalonia if you want to visit various treasures like Antisamos Beach, Myrtos Beach and Argostoli.
I'm quite happy with what I get against what I have paid and definitely would recommend the place ...

Very bad

Terrible experience room in the understairs low entrance door bangs your head mattresses with external grinding wheels and bathroom with faucet flooding the floor we had booked for three nights we escaped the next day from we can not be treated like goats 70 €

Summer trip to Cefalonia

This year my husband and I decided to return to Cefalonia for our 40th wedding anniversary. Our choice was Sami town at Pantelatos studios where we stayed 7 nights the last week of June. Despite the rainy weather we had the first three days, our impression was very positive. The location is quite central although placed in a country setting perfect for spending a quiet and relaxed vacation. Our room was spacious with 2 balconies, cooking area with fridge and sufficient cooking utilities. Sami is a lovely port town close to spectacular beaches like Myrtos and Antisamos with many nice caffes, tavernas for tasting local Greek specialities and plenty of stores for shopping. In particular, Spyros and Dimitra made our stay most comfortable and were so very kind and always helpful. Dimitra greeted us almost every day with one of their tasteful fresh local agricultural products. We appreciated very much the prunes, the bottle of red wine, olives and fresh eggs, everything was so tasty. In summary we enjoyed our stay and would no doubt recommend Pantelatos studios if ever searching for a genuine Greek vacation. Once again thank you Spyros and Dimitra hope to come back again.

A good place to stay in Cefalonia

We stayed four days. Apartment is basic but confortable for relax in the countryside. Mrs Dimitra and his husband Spiros are very nice. They are friendly and they help tourists to discover the most important places in Cefalonia. The apartment are very close to the sea and the Sami's Center.

Great value, convenient and very clean studio apartment

We stayed here as a late spring break for a week and it was a fantastic choice. The owners could not have been more helpful (breakfast coffee, cakes and free range eggs throughout week). Apartment is basic but has everything we needed - and spotlessly clean. Pleasant walk to local beaches and restaurants. Really scenic walking country too, if you like hiking. Or just come and chill out.
