We went to this property between late June and early July 2024. The Meltemi wind always quite present ...
The property is cozy well maintained and always guarded. The apartments are in full "sea house" style comfortable and with all the amenities necessary for a serene holiday. The garden is magnificent and the pool including relaxation area very nice; not suitable for small children because it is deep. Carla and Graziano excellent hosts who organize your day and itinerary better than a tour Guide: from the beach to cultural visits to restaurants to gadgets.
We like animals and enjoyed the house kittens and Niki super dogs.
Carla also arranged for us to rent the car we found at the airport on arrival.
Breakfasts in the company of Carla always top with many good homemade things and Mr. Graziano who provided us with fresh bread every day.

Peace of mind
It was not easy to find Meltemia, I went around and by chance and asking others I found Studio meltemia
I didn't have WIFI
CARLA DIDN’T answer my calls when I needed her the most
the very and narrow bathroom
And it wasn't clean
I had all gel
Cleaning products towels
But narrow and not so clean
Comfortable and clean room
Well equipped kitchen
Living room fine
Perfect Balcony
Garden and beautiful pool
FOR 3 days well

NEVER EVER
Worst hotel in Greece. Owner is rude and mean. He didnt want to resolve our problems and to listen to us. Rooms dirty. Facilities old . Additional charges for the aircondition. HOTEL FULL OF ONE NIGHT COUPLES. I didnt like the swimming pool , water very dirty.

The property looks good for pictures but that's about it. It is a long walk from the beach and no beach gear is offered. Practically all amenities described are not offered in actuality. No sauna, massage, no "Manager's reception", whatever that means. We couldn't find anyone to check in when we got to the property at 8pm. They apparently complained to the locals about it since we had to knock on their part of the residence (it's a small village) despite the check-in stating 2pm-10pm. For air conditioning you'll have to pay extra. For the same price or maybe a few euros more I would highly recommend one of the hotels closer to the road/beach. Other hotels in the same price range are better suited for strolling and visiting local restaurants/bars/beach. They also had kid friendly pools, unlike this hotel.

Beautiful appartment with a lovely pool. 5 mins walk to the beach. We were picked up from the port and given a transfer to the port at the end of our stay. Lots of information on Samos in the room.
