I recommend it

the perfect room in the quietest area for anyone who wants real tranquility and rest. It made a special impression on me how beautiful and cared for the flowers, wonderful colors, the room we had very comfortable and clean and the owner with a warm smile. Thank you very much.

Home from home

The Anna Maria Stuidios are situated down a quiet lane , minutes from the village centre of Agios Nikolaos the lanes are flat and easy walking with some small hills in places.
The Studios have ample parking if you make your own way like we have , recommend Mani Cars.
Maria is lovely , her English is enough to get through and she is very tolerant when you try to speak Greek back.
The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily , sheets and towels every other day and the bathroom bins daily.
The bathroom has a full length curtain and is of a suitable size for the larger build like me.
The kitchen is well provided , everything from Pannini press to coffee perculator, if your like us and enjoy a light breakfast this is ideal. WiFi is available but this is Greece and its 50/50 if it wants to work.
The TV in the room looks ok but couldn't tune a channel , but who cares your not here for TV.
Never ran out of hot water the whole 30 min showers each daily.
The Air conditioning is fab and is free BUT
Dont let Maria catch you leaving it on when your out !! ( I got told off).
The safe in the room is small but free and will keep your money and passports secure.
All in all a very nice stay a very nice lady bring ear plugs if you do wish to sleep past 0900 as the cockerel, Dogs and church bells can be a bother.

Perfect spot

This was our second stay at Annamaria Studios and it didn't disappoint. We stayed for 3 weeks and it is the perfect spot to explore a beautiful area of Greece. Vaso is a wonderful host and her apartments and vicinity are immaculate. Each studio has its own private balcony area to sit for meals and enjoy looking at the lovely garden. Just minutes away from the charming harbour with tavernas and stop for early morning Greek coffee to watch the catch being landed. We hope to return.

superb

we stay twice a year the lovely studios are the perfect quiet setting and lovely owner is so nice cant fault anything made really welcome and 2 minutes from the harbour with lovely bars and tavernas perfect getaway

Clean and Quiet

Very clean and quiet rooms. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Just 100m from the sea and fish restaurants. Village offers everything a traveller needs. Only 10' drive to Foneas and Delphinia beaches. 15' drive to Kardamyli and Stoupa.
