Nice big bright clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent location (across the street from only restaurant bar in town, and a block from Petrol station.) We had a shared bath, which meant 6 double rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. The rooms were not well insulated from light around the doors and noise in the long hallway, so could easily hear guests talking and going to and from bathrooms. One shower had water so hot, it was scalding, and could not turn it down, so I had to get dressed, and go to 2nd bath/shower. No breakfast included if you reserve with 3rd party like Hotels.com and Expedia, etc. but you can purchase. There was a shared refrigerator in hall.

It's a motel, not an hotel. It's kinda old, but very clean and location is perfect if you're heading to the airport the next day (or to the Blue Lagoon). Owner is very friendly.

Late check in was very smooth. The room was nice. The heat was in the floors making the room very comfortable.
Unfortunately because of the layout you can’t specifically park in front of your room for all rooms.

It was a very good experience. The hotel is good, was clean and the hosts always read to help. Nothing fancy, just convenient, clean, and 20 minutes from Keflavik Airport.

The motel (like a 1960s drive to your door motel) was very old and not well maintained.
The greatest shock of all was the cost of the room for the night. It had skyrocketed 300% due to the fact that Iceland was the place to come to see the total eclipse so because hotel rooms were scarce, we were gouged by the hotel owner!
Very unprofessional and for such a trashy room, it was a real disappointment.
