Review of Casa De Silver hotel
Room had a double bed which was neat and clean, a cupboard , TV, WiFi and an AC. Bathroom had 2 shampoos, 2 bathing gels, 2 towels and a dental kit which get replaced every day by the housekeeping staff.
The only thing which was missing was a mini-fridge - but that was kind of alright with me.
When I checked-in, the TV was not working, but they promptly replaced it with another television set and made sure it was working.
The telephone for placing food orders was also not working but they immediately replaced it with another telephone set.
Outside also have a nice lounge kind of area for breakfast buffet (the spread is usually 3-4 items - they change the spread every day). One day it was idli, medu vada, sandwitch, fruits, tea and milk and another day it was chole bhature, vada pav, sandwitch, fruits, tea and coffee.
Plus there is also sheesha available in case you are a sheesha lover. Also, they have a mini-bar counter for ordering drinks and juices.
My stay was pretty good. The management was pretty much polite and good/
The only hitch which is there is there are narrow lanes to reach the property. I went by an auto to the property fand it stopped at a point - from where I called and then they came to collect my baggage.
But if you are planning to come by car, you will probably need to figure out where to park your car.
Overall it was a good stay - I would rate it as a 3 - 3.5 star hotel - and considering the pricing during the rainy season (around 3K) - I felt it was a good place for people who are looking for mid-range properties.

Very shabby place. Don't get mislead by pictures. Ground reality is very different.
The property is very ill maintained. It's all dirty everywhere. The staffs are unresponsive. They won't listen to you despite your repeated requests. It's a total waste of money. There are many other properties nearby at similar tariffs which are much better than this.
We had requested repeatedly for jain food but they didn't pay any heed to it. The only benefit of this property is it's bang on the beach, but for that matter many other properties too are bang on beach which are much better.
Please do avoid this place guys.

Stay on the Baga Beach
Pros:
The property is right on the Baga beach. For people who want to just have a fun time in the beach shacks, they can explore this place. Brittos is a 5 minute walk from here and walking for 10-15 mins will take you to Calangute beach.
Food is good. Price is little on the higher side but at par with the other restaurants around.
Staff is friendly and if you want something which is not available at the stay's restaurant then they are willing to get it for you from elsewhere.
Stay's restaurant has its own set of shacks, shamianas and you can just sit there and unwind while having good food and drinks.
We flew down to Goa and they arranged for cab in short notice at reasonable rates. While return also we had an early morning flight but the cab guy from the stay dropped us without any additional charges.
Cons:
The cottage was clean with clean bedsheets and toiletaries but the room smelt musty and it took me time to get adjusted with the odour.
Since it is on the beach, there is constant loud music and if you are planning to retire early in the night, it may become a challenge for you.
There is no direct connect to the road. The closest road that connects to the property requires a 2-3 mins walk from there through a really shady pathway which was a bit inconvenient.
----+-+-+-++-+++---++++++--------
Overall it is a good stay experience if you want to enjoy the beach night life in Goa by staying on the beach itself.
