Value for money
The hotel premises were clean so were the rooms. Food is good and not too expensive. I stayed for 2 days, the hotel staff is cordial. This property is on the main road with ample parking space. I would want to visit again. Thanks

Average Hotel under renovation
I had to travel to Bareilly on short notice and I booked two rooms in this hotel on my way there as it happened to be quite near to the place where I had business.
On our arrival we found the Reception to be under renovation. The Club room was small but clean, the bath was also clean. The room service was prompt.
The restaurant menu had exorbitant prices, so ordered dinner through Swiggy. The complimentary breakfast was good though it was a limited menu through room service, no buffet.
A pleasant surprise was Morning newspaper at our door.
I had to travel again after a week and booked two rooms in this hotel. This time I was thoroughly disappointed and regretted my decision.
Due to the ongoing renovation work, the electricity was switched off every now and then, sometimes every 10 minutes and consequently Air Conditioning became ineffective. Elevator did not work when we needed to use. My 80 years old mother-in-law and myself 60 years old heart patient had to use stairs to reach our rooms at 2nd floor; and this happened multiple times. Room service was very tardy this time and we had to ask four times for simple needs such as water, which we finally got after one hour that too after I got down to the ground floor to complain at the reception.
I would advise the hotel to shut down operations till the renovation work is completed so that guests do not face inconvenience. Another suggestion; towel quality can be improved.

Poor experience
Rooms were cramped with no view at all. We felt claustrophobic. Staff was terrible. Breakfast was poor. Definitely not recommended for the price, choose any other hotel nearby but never Sobti continental.

Nice
Nice clean rooms, old elevator makes noises, average food, far from city centre but nearer to phoneix mall. Not well connected with public transport, far away from bus and railway station. Good for solo travellers on buisness trips.

Wow hotel
Checked in during night. The room was compact and well laid. The bathroom has all the amenities and was upto mark. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The most remarkable is service. Prompt. For water i called the room service and just did hanged up the dialler bang the boy was on door.so fast. Nice job guys
