Pathetic staff and terrible hotel

The Most pathetic hotel, flush not working, geyser doesnt work, and the staff does not know how to talk to customers. If i would have the option to rate this hotel negative i would have done that. They fight with customers and call local people to frighten you. Never ever book this hotel

Best Located Hotel

Filthiest hotel i have even been to receptionist is useless

One of the most filthiest hotel you can visit the manager the receptionist they are least bothered in providing good services we went for a night stay the room tat was given to us was in the worst shape and full with filthy smell and the washroom was not even washed and there was no light for entire 8 hours so
There was no hot water as the water heater was not working the phone was broken so if u would like to call at the reception u need to walk n tell them abt the issue and tat issue ll never be resolved this place gave us the worst experience in the stay i would recommend no

Fascinating Forest View

Patnitop is a quaint Hill station near Mata Vaishno Devi shrine. At a drive of nearly 3 hours, you reach this beautiful landscape adorned by pine and deodar trees.
Nestled among the thick forest of deodar and pine trees is the Hotel Forest View.
The Hotel has two wings - One housing brick and mortar structure and Second wing comprising of Wooden cottages.
We stayed at Wooden cottages. The cottages are beautifully built with 360 degrees view of the meadows and the fascinating landscape.
Each cottage has an attached washroom and a personal balcony to let you sip a cup of Coffee while soaking yourself in the charm of rising or setting sun.
We were a group of 16 people to celebrate Birthday of one of the group member. We were delighted to see that the cottages has a designated dining area at the ground floor where we had our meals together and celebrated the birthday party.
A generous Bonfire was also arranged for us by the Hotel at night with serving snacks which made the event even more memorable.
Food is good and beats homemade food as well.
However one star is deducted for abysmal room service. The intercom in the rooms wasn’t working and we had to go every time to the main reception for any requirements. Even after placing the request, the delivery used to take lot of time which was a mood dampener.
However a good Hotel in Patnitop which is worth visiting again.
