VFM But Not Niggle Free

Great location with an exceptional view of Mullayanagiri peak and very warm, attentive staff, offering strong value for money; however, the room’s Wi‑Fi was unusable and the mattress sagged while the pillows were extremely firm, which made sleeping uncomfortable—good for scenery and service, but not ideal if you need reliable internet or a restful bed.

BAD!

Very bad experience - stayed on May 9th and May 10 th 2026 two room 303 and 305
1. Frequent Power cut including night times and had to call the hotel guy to turn the power on.
2.AC doesn't throw cooling,
3.Best part is bed bugs, and a big bug went into my ears midnight and had to suffer for a while to get it out. They changed the sheets on request but still very dirty.
4, Have pictures to share any time.
5. Very bad experience and the spoilt night sleep made me feel sick the next day to tour out.
6.Very safely they locked the feedback link cos I told them that I would raise it on the net.
7.Pls think twice before you book this place as even the hotel complimentary breakfast is extremely bad and uncourteous people in the kitchen!

Good place but can be improved

Room was very minimal and was a little expensive as compared to bnbs or apartments that were available. No fridge inside the room.

Overall Nice property. No complains. Only due to current Gas shortage, no Food Service is available Except Breakfat (Idli-Sambar).
