A run away from the crazy

The road to get here maybe bumpy & you'll have an off-road experience, but it'll all be worth it! It's a great escape from the hustle & the chaos of Gangapur road! The ONLY drawback I found was that the houses are too close to each other, specially the villa to the other rooms. So no matter how quiet & peaceful the place it be, weekends with big groups occupying the villas can get loud, noisy & pretty annoying!!!
The room is neat, tidy, well kept. The service is okay-ish, they only come clean when called but that's also ok as it's a big property! Food needs to be ordered atleast 1 & 1/2 before which is also good coz it's worth the dam wait! Delish, finger licking good with some great vibes to eat at the sit out in your room with lovely views!

Guys be cautious with your things if you forget won’t get it back

I had booked 2 rooms for me and family not helpful by nature . The Main thing after checkout i had forgotten my AirPods and clothes called them they are so unresponsive nobody is responding

Unresponsive owners and expensive location

The property owner/staff pretends to be very busy and does not listen and respond to your queries. The owner's don't stay there and they are busy with other things. Really disappointed with the kind of service and place when compared to cost. The place is very expensive compared to the experience. I stayed here as I didn't have any other option. But if you can look for other places. Don't waste your money here.

Worst place

For any hospitality business, service is the critical part and sadly they have a very bad service. They dont have a proper electricity backup management, and the resort area has long powercuts. We had a great discomfort during the powercut at night, as we travelled through out the day and were looking for a peaceful sleepy night. There were other families as well who had kids with them and they were troubled so much because of it.
This is shocking for us that after paying almost like 6k they lack such basic infra and provide such poor services. There is no inhouse restaurant, you only get poha and tea in breakfast. Pictures are deceiving as the basic infra is missing. You dont book resort to spend night with mosquitoes with no electricity.

Worst stay

My recent stay here was highly disappointing. The lack of hygiene standards was appalling, with dirty linens and questionable cleanliness throughout the premises. Additionally, the staff exhibited a disinterested and unprofessional attitude, making the experience even more unpleasant. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your accommodation needs.
