Worth stay must say...

Very very happy stay...
I must say just like name property is iceberg. Cold weather, strawberry farm all around, nice room, yum breakfast, everything was perfect..
Must recommend this property..
Don't go with negative reviews.

Parking space is good
Staff behavior is very nice ready to help u for everything u want..

I had a pretty average experience with this property during my visit to Mahabaleshwar. I had called customer service early in the morning to confirm availability of rooms and early check in. I was assured rooms were available & was asked to go to the property. The person at reception at the hotel later informed me that I had to wait till 1 pm for check in. I had reached the location at 10.30... The staff was not helpful in providing any alternative. I had to call customer service again and raise a complaint as I had asked for complimentary breakfast with my booking & that did not show on their end. I had to wait till 12.30 to get a room & the breakfast issue was sorted out later after I received a call from the customer service manager. All in all, this was a pretty bad experience for me as someone who was traveling with his wife t Mahabaleshwar for the first time. They say hot water is available throughout the day but that is not the case

staff is very helpful
rooms and bathroom are neat and clean.
location was perfect

Worst of the worst hotel in Mahabaleshwar

Worst hotel ever, the service is horrible, tv does not work and the staff and the manager keep fooling us with all kinds of excuses. Bedsheet is stained and dirty. Please do not ever book this hotel even by mistake. Only in the photo it looks nice but it is utter rubbish. Don't ever book this hotel.

Affordable trip and excellent stay

Location is best on road connection,
Everything is nearby.
Very cooperative staff, place is very hygienic,
Owner is very nice person it will feel homely stay everytime they are ready for any kind of help.
Must recommended for solo, family, group travellers.
