Not properly service and Behaviour in restaurant

Our stay at Padmini Bagh Resort, Udaipur was very disappointing. The overall service was below expectations and did not justify the price charged.
The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly and kept shutting down. We also faced issues with water supply in the washroom, which caused considerable inconvenience during our stay.
Room service was extremely slow, and the staff was not attentive to guest requests. Even after reporting the issues, there was a significant delay in response and resolution.
The buffet breakfast experience was also disappointing. Service was poorly managed, food items were not replenished on time, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests.
A resort of this category should provide basic comfort and prompt service, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. The management needs to focus on maintenance, staff training, and overall guest satisfaction.
Based on our stay, I cannot recommend Padmini Bagh Resort and hope the management takes the necessary steps to improve its services.

Good hotel with worst food

Descent hotel with all traditional facilities with many swimming pool options. Hotel is very nice for relaxation and enjoy with friends. Rooms are very spacious. Food was totally horrible. They have to work hard for the quality and variety of the food. That is weakest thing for them. Staff is also not prompt for the services. They treat like, They are the owner of the hotel.

Udaipur Trip for our client

Excellent Service and special treatment. MrAgraj Chauhan was very responsive and supportive. Rooms were good and awesome food.
