Peaceful hotel

Stayed for two days on 2nd and 3 Rd September to celebrate my husband 60 th birthday with blessings of Kashi Vishwanath.
Hotel rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. All the fittings of bath room were clean and shiny. Mr. Pradeep was always helpful.

Very bad experience

I was there with a big group of east european friends, spendig our holidays in India, but at this hotel we had the worst experience. I smelled gasoline and paint in the hotel, the whole hotel was full of dust. They turn off the wifi connection, even in the reception. We had breakfast and dinner included, but they served us very poor food. Also the hot water was missing a lot.

This hotel sucks..

1) One hour waited in the hotel gate from 2.30 to 3.30 am, nobody opened the door. Reception phone was not lifted, calling bell was not available.
2) Receptionist's behavior was rude
3) The allotted room(room no- 501) was a bathroom size room (7X7) which was too small. No wall drop, chair or table.
4) The hotelier has not provided me the tax invoice.

Good hotel

No complimentary water in the room apart form that every thing good. Its very close to railways station of Varanasi. Room size to small. Food served in the restaurant was good test. No Bell Boy to help my luggage.

Do Not Stay Here!

Stayed here for a weekend...
The service is horrible! Room was on 5th floor... But lift didn't work. Had to climb 5 floors everytime.
Couple of rooms on 5th floor, which are recently renovated are decent, rest all rooms are horrible. Maintenance is bad. Service is horrible. Specially Room Service is like as good as not available.
My recommendation, do not stay here, specially if you're traveling with your better half or kids or family.
