Everything was fabulous! Our room (at the front in the older part of the building) was beautiful. Large, high ceilings, lots of period features, beautifully decorated and maintained. The reception staff (Sebastian I think) was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.
Quiet area and just a short walk to the portal, O Connell street and Ha’penny bridge. Highly recommend.

Charming hotel, but bit of a shabby street with drug dealers and users outside. Bit of a shabby restoration done, with some details left loose, some details already scuffed or weird.

Terrace house hotel in good location

Fine terrace house conversion into a surprisingly large hotel. Details a bit fiddly and of mixed quality but exceptionally friendly international staff and tasty Irish breakfast. Clean throughout.

We were party of 3 and were given a basement room accomodating 4 persons. The room had been (?) designed for disabled person but as the lift no longer functions it would not suit. Lovely room and bathroom with only minor issues. It took two attempts to fix the TV and the individual wall lights were inoperative. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of nice fluffy towels and face cloths. Only slightly problematic issue was footsteps and moving noise from above ceiling. The room is directly below corridor and reception. Not sure how this could be addressed. Insulate ceiling and replaster?

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with most of the main attractions and Connolly railway station within easy reach. Overall, the hotel offers reasonable value for money.
Breakfast consisted mainly of a typical Irish breakfast with a few continental extras. However, there did not appear to be a vegetarian breakfast option, which is worth keeping in mind.
There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the drains or sewer system at times. Apart from that, the hotel seemed clean and well maintained.
