Wonderful stay at Hütterhof
We recently stayed one week in apartment Holunder at Hütterhof in Aschbach, near Merano, Südtirol. Hütterhof offers farm stays in newly build apartments close to the farm.
The apartments are new, with an amazing view to the mountains across the valley.
They are modern and nicely decorated, with a lot of wood.
The hosts, farmers Martina and Hubert, are really friendly and take very good care of their guests, Farm and apartments are situated on a high alm, it takes at least 20 minutes to drive up to the alm, or you may take the cable car that goes up to the alm from the valley (only a few minutes walk to the apartments).
We very much enjoyed our stay. Merano and surroundings offer a lot of opportunities for nice sightseeing.

Toller Hof, Tolle Aussicht
Unglaubliche schöner Hof auf fast 1400hm. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche verbracht und trotz der Wetterbedingungen (Sonne, Regen, 30cm Schnee, Sonne) eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind erst 2017 erbaut und super schön eingerichtet mit Viel Holz, Fußbodenheizung und dem nötigsten fürs Leben. Wir wurden von der Familie bestens betreut und fühlten uns als Teil des Hofes. Am Abend haben wir gerne im Stall etwas ausgeholfen. Es gibt einen Brötchen Service und Milch/Eier direkt aus dem Stall.
Für die Planung sollte man aber bedenken, dass man bei der Anreise mit dem Auto erstmal über eine sehr schmale und steile Bergstraße auf 1400m fahren muss. Oben kann man das Auto getrost stehen lassen, man erhält eine Freikarte für die naheliegende Bergbahn mit der man in der Zeit von 8 - 18:30 ins Tal kommt. Direkt an der Talstation verläuft die Regiobahn, in 10min ist man damit in Naturns, in 15min in Meran. Etwas hinderlich ist die Lage, wenn man am späten Abend mal auswärts Essen gehen mag, da bleibt nur das Auto ins Tal zu jagen.
Am Berg gibt es tolle Touren die man auch mit kleinen Kindern begehen kann.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub auf dem Bauernhof
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern für eine Woche auf dem Hütterhof. Tolle Ferienhäuser, klasse Frühstücksservice, super Panorama, richtiger Bauernhof mit Streichelzoo, kleinem Hofladen, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Interessante location.
Appartamento pulito, spazioso, molto luminoso, con splendida visuale. Buoni i confort offerti. Nonostante il grande freddo esterno, nell'appartamento abbiamo usufruito di un'ottima temperatura calda. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Letti sia su rete, sia in divano letto. Consigliato
