Excellent cuisine

I stayed in this hotel for one night, and I must say that the room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. The mattresses are fine. Additionally, I also had lunch and dinner, and I must say the cuisine is truly excellent and the dishes are delicious. One single flaw, in my opinion, prevented me from giving 5 stars: the breakfast. I was not at all impressed by it and do not consider it sufficient given the cuisine I had tasted previously. Moreover, they did not serve cappuccino... overall, it is fine, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

Not a positive experience

First experience in this structure and, unfortunately, not entirely positive. Upon our arrival we had to discuss to be able to have personal deck chairs and umbrellas, which was definitely not a good start.
The rooms are furnished in a slightly 80s style and the cleanliness is discreet, but improvable. The food is just enough and quite repetitive, with pasta with sauce present for both lunch and dinner.
A positive point is the staff, always friendly, helpful and courteous.
Overall, an experience with several aspects to improve, especially as regards the organization, catering and quality of the rooms.

Less than sufficient

We arrived on the day of August 2026 and, to our surprise, deckchairs were not available for everyone in the pool, despite the turnout being predictable.
Even on the catering front the disappointment was evident: repetitive dishes, modest quality and little overall care.
In short, it is no longer the Kiris I knew: lowered standards and much lower customer care than in the past

excellent hotel strategically located as a base to visit the countless attractions nearby otherwise you can also stay in the hotel and enjoy their services (swimming pool, entertainment, TV and reading room, etc.) pampered by their friendly staff

Nightmare weekend

Nightmarish weekend.
Yesterday I stayed at this property that apparently always great.
In this heat they had broken air conditioners, specifying that they have an old air conditioning system.
Dusty and dirty rooms and balconies.
Rude and annoyed staff.
Breakfast with a few rusks and a raw croissant internally.
Highly discouraged.
