I will return.

I have been there twice this year: at the end of January and at the end of April!!
I had a great time!
Excellent location; for those arriving by train and wanting to walk, it is ideal because the B&B is in the heart of historic Cagliari!
The cleanliness and the friendliness of the owners were also excellent.
I will definitely rebook!!

IDEALE

We stayed here me and my partner for a week's vacation. I congratulate the structure for the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners who make you feel at home. Extremely clean and above all comfortable since you are in the pedestrian center. Highly recommended.

Central and acceptable but shower poorly working

The property is located in Piazza Yenne therefore convenient for the city center and also for the train station and the port. However, the price per night seems excessive considering the room is not exceptional nor particularly comfortable and the efficiency of the bathroom is not comfortable and with a poorly functioning shower (the water flow did not work for the accumulated limestone and the shower door did not close because broken (you can certainly do more). A voucher for coffee and croissants is provided for breakfast at the bar below, while in a common room you can find snacks and packaged drinks and fruit. Challenging stairs to access. Absence of private parking.

la ringrazio per la sua recensione, è sempre utile sapere cosa non va per poter migliorare.
Abbiamo provveduto a sostituire le ante del box doccia ed anche il docciatore.
Per quanto riguarda la scala, si siamo al Primo piano senza ascensore e bisogna salire 22 gradini.
Il parcheggio non c'è e non viene offerto.
Le camere sono come nelle foto, possono piacere o non piacere ma per quanto riguarda il comfort
hanno letti con reti e materassi nuovi e "confortevoli", armadio, poggiavalige, tavolo e sedia......
Il prezzo è allineato alle strutture come la nostra

I would like to repeat the experience

The room was clean and perfectly insulated despite the busy square opposite. Nice bathroom, Cristiano Benny and Franca cozy hosts. Train station is about 5 minutes walk. You open the door and you are literally in the center of Cagliari.

Very good if you get the right room

Placed perfectly on Piazza Yenne. Near everything, including numerous places to eat well. Good windows that shut out the noise if you care. Good aircon. Very good cleaning and maintenance. BUT, be aware of the different rooms..
