A month in Ischia

We are a group of girls who stayed for a month at the Ideal hotel, we had a great time, the rooms were always clean, the staff friendly, welcoming, food always in abundance and good, we recommend it to everyone, wonderful experience!!

Amazing hospitality and incredible setting

All I can say is WOW and Grazie Mille! We had the most wonderful family holiday at Hotel Ideal. Paola was so warm and accommodating to our family of 4 for 8 nights. She has incredibly caring and intuitive energy and she could not have made us feel more comfortable and welcome. Pino was a wonderful host as well for all things food. We loved the thermal pool and the cold pool. The scenery, the pace of daily life, the food, everything was perfect and also a very unique experience! The best holiday we’ve had as a family. We would love to come back one day, we were so sad to leave! Highly recommend staying at Hotel Ideal, it is an unforgettable place and even with 2 small children I felt so relaxed and refreshed every day :)

Pampering and tranquility in August in Ischia

We returned after a year in this hotel to find all the pleasant experiences already lived
The hotel is small in size and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with two swimming pools, one of which is thermal.It is located a short distance from the center of Forio allowing great peace but also quick access to beaches and beauties of the island
The family structure is well directed by Mrs. Paola always available to give directions and solutions to better enjoy the holiday
The rooms almost all renovated are comfortable and well conditioned, beautiful panoramic ones
The cuisine is really good and uses quality raw materials to prepare dishes beautifully served by the maitre Pino and his staff
In short, a nice solution to better experience Ischia without confusion and worries

A lovely Island; a lovely hotel

We stayed at Hotel Ideal with our family of 3 adults. Our room was adequate and clean. The hotel is conveniently located and grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was generous and good tasting. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by bad weather so we couldn't fully appreciate the pool, although we did visit the nearby beach for a couple of hours. Paola and her husband were kind and very helpful with travel arrangements. Paola got us into a local wine tasting at the last minute and her husband even drove us there. All in all a great visit and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Missing that extra gear

Clean room and Mrs. Paola is kind. Nice well-kept garden, breakfast with homemade cakes but overall the cost of the boutique hotel is almost unjustified: 180 euros at the end of September with the inconvenience of being even outside the room for problems with the lock .. in short, it is not the best. New rooms -but small - bathrooms with nice tiles but no accessories: no hangers for towels (dozens) no shelf for soaps (not quality) in the shower. Thermal pool that was not at all at 38 degrees. Rating 5.
