Tranquility elegance and cleanliness. The top

I was there for a course is a clean beb welcoming owners very kind and extremely available I will definitely add that the location is perfect is all supermarket pizzerias bar under the beb recommend it

Advised!!!

Great stay. I was there for only one day. As soon as I entered the facility I found an excellent welcome from the managers of the b&b, two very courteous people. The room equipped with all comforts and very clean, the first thing I smelled was a very pleasant scent in the room.
Very comfortable bed. Down next to the structure there is the bar where you can have breakfast.
Recommended and I will return.

Nice stop on a long drive

HOME 52 is a fine place to stay, with clean accommodations, a lift and parking. Our only challenge was that the staff could not be there when we arrived (our fault, as it was late). But, since there were some language challenges, it was a little confusing to figure out parking, which turned out to be great. There is a lovely restaurant next door, ilMinervini, with delicious food. On the other side, there is the cafe where you have a gift card for a continental breakfast.

Tutto molto pulito ed ordinato, il servizio ottimo in tutto. Unica pecca il letto un po’ scomodo ma si sa. Condizionatore funzionante e frigo bar incluso nel prezzo. Colazione eccezionale. Complimenti

Cosenza in realtà!

Quattromiglia? Da bambino frequentavo la zona, distante 7 km da Cosenza, era una poccola frazione di Rende; ora la campagna non c'è più ed è stata sostituita da una città moderna e funzionale, di fatto unita a Cosenza. Ideale per chi viaggia sulla A2 e desidera fare una sosta (dista 2 km dal casello Cosenza Nord) ma anche per chi desidera visitare Cosenza o salire In Sila.
La struttura è moderna, comoda,pulita, con climatizzazione silenziosissima; è a disposizione anche un'area recintata per il posteggio delle vetture.
La colazione viene servita in un bar ubicato proprio sotto la struttura.
Nella zona ci sono molti locali per cenare o passare la serata.
