Kindness but outdated

Extremely kind staff.
Good homemade breakfast.
Very, very old hotel. It needs a total renovation.

ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE

Old structure with room on the edge of decency.
Furniture from the 20s.
Bunk beds with rusty bed bases.
First World War bedspreads and curtains, antique relics everywhere.
Malodorous pillows
Dirty walls with coats clearly visible everywhere.
Bathrooms with peeling walls with showers above the sink.
I can't understand how in 2025 you can still give the usability and residence permit for tourist use to such a structure.
More than a refresh here needs a total renovation
Changed and cancelled IMMEDIATELY as soon as you entered the room.

Little seriousness

recommended by friends, we personally contacted the structure in which the owner boasted of being very serious and above all keeping his word. in practice initially they had no availability then subsequently after some cancellations they contacted us and given the work issue we had indicated that we would only stay one day at their facility and so far everything was ok. I made the bank transfer as a confirmation deposit obviously followed by their instructions, I proceeded to send them the copy of the bank transfer and they contacted me again telling me that it wasn't possible for just one day, denying what was agreed on the phone. I personally did not have a good experience

Buongiorno, premesso che non sono un amante delle recensioni negative, perchè a prescindere si esprime un giudizio su persone che LAVORANO, e in un momento così delicato trall'altro, sono quasi tutti EROI a tenere le attività commerciali e ricettive aperte. Ma detto questo, la strurttura in questione non la consiglio in quanto, non viene menzionato da nessuna parte che si trova a pochi metri dal passaggio continuo di treni ( linee urbane e nazionali), un inferno. Non c'era acqua calda, e soprattutto la proprietaria, ( alla comunicazione di tale mancanza) ha declinato la responsabilità al fornitore di energia elettrica..... cosa inaccettabile.
La sera, dell'unico pernotto, abbiamo trovato sia io econ lka mia famiglia, sia una coppia di amici, in un altra stanza, dei peli sulle lenzuola.... altra cosa inaccettabile. Nel prezzo della stanza, era compreso anche il noleggio giornaliero di un ombrellone , e non ci è stato comunicato, ne in fase di prenotazione, ne in fase di chec-in. Risultato: un fine settimana da dimenticare.

discretamente buono

Buonasera,
siamo stati io e mia moglie a fine agosto di quest'anno un B&B senza pretese famigliare
una ferrovia che sembrava passare da dentro le stanze alla fine gente molto a modo la signora leonilde e la figlia tiziana che salutiamo.
