Do not stay here.
Do not book this apartment! We ended up having to contact air b&b themselves to resolve an issue the host refused to resolve. This ended up with us getting a full refund and moved to another property.
On our arrival there was water flooding the floor from the AC. We contacted the host who supposedly sent a engineer out, on our arrival back to the apartment water was still flooding the floor and dripping from electrical plugs. We contacted the host again and sent videos of water pouring who refused to send an engineer out again. The host was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. They told us that due to Italy being hot that it is normal for AC to flood the apartment. This was unsafe and made the flat unusable.
I have stayed in many air b&bs and never had a problem until this one. Worst air b&b experience, and I can not say enough to not stay here and waste your money.
Bed stained, glasses and plates largely chipped. Awful communication from host and very very slow response time
