Surprising experience

I met friendly people from all over the world , the hostel is well located and nice with its outdoor courtyard. Nevertheless we should improve the kitchen make it more friendly, for my room it went the problem of key always closed c is painful we feel not confident! Were there so many robberies at your place?
In short it is not bad but we need to improve again and again in terms of services.
All in all it can be .for the budget light traveler.
I went to Riga and the city is so much more lively than Vilnius why it's surprising when we get here.
Lithuania I found this country charming but a bit depressing..

The location is near the old town and Flixbus station. However, the receptionist does not speak fluent English and I found it hard to communicate.

Not recommended

When we checked in to the hostel the bed sheets were covered with dirt, the shower drain was clogged and filled with hair with a disgusting smell and the room was not clean at all. We were told by the reception that our room would be cleaned and that we would get bed linen in few hours, but neither the room was cleaned nor did we receive any bed linen as promised. The hostel staff showed the least amount of service spirit. There’s a train track right behind the hostel which is loudly in use and makes a lot of noise during the nights.

Right next to Transport Station/City Centre

Another night spent in Vilnius together with the rest of our tourist group. We were the most of our time outside in the city. However, the main ingredients I remember very well: spacious kitchen, warm shower and cosy bed.
So, if taking this hostel for a meal, it tasted delicious to me. Even our 30-seater bus enjojed a good relaxing rest on the fenced-off parking lot.

Good for travellers

The hostel is right next to the train line with trains passing through day and night. When shut the windows block out most of the noise. However there is no air conditioning or fan so the room became stuffy. The only way to air the room was to open the window but this meant the trains were incredibly loud and would disrupt sleep.
The staff are informative and friendly and the hostel is kept clean. There are a comfortable amount of facilities. There are lots of social areas: kitchens, games room and balcony. Although this does mean that it is loud and noise travels through the building.
The location is convenient for the bus station, train station and old town however it is about an hour walk to the new area of the city.
