Be careful if you decide to stay here, or better yet, avoid this place altogether.
The air conditioning could only be turned on by asking at the reception, and we often had to wait a long time for someone to do it. Overall, the service was terrible and completely unprofessional.

I booked a bed in a room for 4 women for the period from 25/07 to 1/08 (€283.50 paid by card on arrival). I was told late at night that my room was not ready and I was temporarily installed in a room for 2 people. The next morning, I wake up very early to ask me to check out and wait for my room to be ready. I couldn’t rest, and I was forced to leave my things at the reception. After 1h30 of discussion, they finally agreed to let me drop off my things, but they finally assigned me a bed in a room of 8 people, with clients who had paid half the price I paid.
When I asked for a refund, I was told to check directly with Booking, but I was never refunded. Total fraud!
In addition, a receptionist (tall, with baldness) was particularly rude. Throughout the week, the sheets were never changed, nor were the towels.

NEVER AGAIN
Communication with the staff was terrible. The air conditioning could only be controlled through the reception, which was very inconvenient. We didn't receive room keys, so we couldn't enter our room on our own. Additionally, when we sat on the beds, they felt like they were about to collapse.
After deciding to leave, we were only refunded €270 out of the original €640. The staff had constant excuses and couldn’t give us a satisfactory explanation.
This was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone. We found much better accommodation immediately after leaving AM Hostel and had no further issues.
