Adecuado pero lejos

El hotel tiene un hermoso jardín para eventos, es indudable su belleza, también se agrada desayunar con esa vista. Tiene expuesto en la recepción el distintivo M aunque la atención del personal en la recepción pudiera mejorar, un buen gesto hubiese sido ingresar nuestro equipaje a la habitación ya que realizamos el check in antes de las 3 (entendemos que se entregan a esa hora las habitaciones) y salimos a recorrer el centro regresando después de las 4, detalles como ese hubiese marcado la diferencia.
El hospedaje es bastante económico, pero después de caminar tantas cuadras varias veces al día, creo que hubiese sido mejor pagar 100 o 200 pesos más por un hospedaje céntrico, no vale la pena ahorrarse unos pesos por caminar tanto especialmente si vas con bebé o niños pequeños.
El baño estaba limpio pero con un fuerte olor a drenaje, la habitación muy sencilla, la cama cómoda y a temperatura adecuada. Nosotros acostumbrados al calor caribeño temíamos que el frío fuese a ser un factor de incomodidad pero afortunadamente la temperatura fue agradable dentro de la habitación.

Nice hotel but they charged us for early check even when the hotel was almost empty

It is a relatively nice hotel not far away from the city center with free parking, but parking in Cholula is not a problem at all. I was only not very familiar with the fact that when we asked for an early check in 2 hours before official check-in time and we should pay almost price of a day stay, even when the hotel was almost empty and our room was ready. This is something I understand - because it is business but now I can't recommend this hotel to anyone ... just because of a few pesos for them... most of the hotels offered us early check-in if the room was available for free ... sorry but not sorry ...

Nice hotel but for me too expensive

I stayed in a hotel for a one night. Quality of sleep was very good, but I expected one big bed than two separated. Cleanlines of room and bathroom without problems. TV didn't work. Breakfast was included in price - 3 kinds of scrammbled eggs, bread, coffee, juice, fruits. Maybe not impressive choice of meal but for me was fine.

Apesta!

No se hospeden ni reserven en este "hotel" te dan informacion errónea. No den su número de tarjeta de crédito pues aunque canceles te hacen el cargo y sin que des tu clave de seguridad. Busquen otras opciones ! Tengan cuidado me acaba de pasar.

Bien para pasar la noche

El hotel es adecuado para lo que quieres, si esto es dormir, un ambiente tranquilo aunque falta un poco mejorar el servicio al cliente, sobre todo el trato, pero bueno, dentro de todo sí lo recomiendo.
