My stay was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was kind and always helpful, and the free breakfast tasted authentic and delicious. I would definitely come back.

I rented room 8. It was clean and comfortable but there was a Mothers Day celebration on Friday night that went well into Saturday morning. This is not the fault of the hotel and had I known I would have delayed my arrival by a day. Celebrations at the square are not just loud they are super sonic loud.
Alejandro and his staff should be rated a 10 on a 5 scale. They are amazing

Perfect location on the town square and main pedestrian walkway (Calle Juan Maria de Salvatierra). Yet, the courtyard layout makes it feels private. Friendly staff at the daily breakfast as well as the Zipolote brewpub. Clean, well maintained. We'd definitely recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was in Loretto for a conference, and I needed a place that was quiet, Zen, and close to the venue. Located just off a historic and picturesque square with places to eat all around. I had an upstairs room. It was very nice - large bed, low-key local decor, places to put your stuff. Temperature control was great and quiet, with a remote-controlled AC and a large ceiling fan. Breakfast made to order on request. Has a nice small pool that I didn't have the opportunity to use. For whatever reason, the other guests there during my stay were also quite chill. I think that may just be the Loreto vibe. In sum, highly recommend.
