Very well located, quiet, very affordable.

Located in the medina next to the Andalusian mosque, perfect for finding your way around and easily finding your way, everything is nearby, the medina is only pedestrian so no cars, no noise there at night, except the mosques at 7 a.m. for the call of prayer. The owners are super nice and helpful, we had dinner in the riad 2 evenings it was really very good and plentiful, the Moroccan generosity is in this typical house. We have 2 teenagers so 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and access to terraces with a view of Fez. The value for money is unbeatable.

Magical, beautiful, authentic.

This place is just fabulous. The perfect location in the neighborhood near the Andalusian mosque. Hearty breakfasts, beautiful rooftop panorama, very cozy riad. You have a very cheap not far very typical with the hectic life of Fes. To speak of the host, he is truly a person of unlimited hospitality and kindness. Always there to give good advice, to help. We'll probably come back one day to visit him. Thanks to him.

This is a local family home. I stayed in two of their rentals. One was an 1 bedroom suite and then a 2 bedroom apartment. The one bedroom suite was very nice. The bathroom was down some steps and the bedroom was above the bathroom. The 2 bedroom suite had a living room and a kitchen all en-suite. I was comfortable in both. There is plenty of hot water. There was heating. The breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. One has access to the terrace. The location is inside the medina. It is best to contact them so you can be met. It is a bit tricky to find it alone the first time. After that it is easy. I would recommend without hesitation.
