Excellent customer service

I had a great experience with the quality of customer service from this Riad. I had to cancel my booking on short notice due to an emergency. Following this adjustment the road reached out to me personally on WhatsApp to ensure that I was able to follow the refund protocol steps so I could recover my money. The riad manager stayed in contact with me everyday until I managed to be finished the process and was very responsive and kind.

The Riad is beautiful, breakfast delicious and the staff is incredible. The courtyard is like a little slice of heaven.

An exceptional welcome in a quality riad

The reception was great: Aziz was very caring throughout our stay and the lady, who serves as cook and maid, is charming and efficient. If I were to rate only these two people, I would offer this Riad a score of 10/10.
In addition, the cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast exceptional and the bedding very comfortable.
The riad is very nice and seems unreal in the middle of a slightly dark neighborhood.
The lack of clarity in the bedroom and bathroom.
The absence of television whereas in winter the evenings are longer.
And, let’s be trivial, the lack of stability of the toilet pot which, when you ride it, sends you on a mini trip on a roller coaster!

Enjoyable stay in Fes

Friendly staff, good breakfast, unique washrooms made for a great stay in Fes. Riad is located deep within the Medina requiring a 10 minute hike to reach its location. Make sure you have the Riad send a porter to transport your luggage and guide the way. With over 9000 lanes in the Marina getting around can be challenging, restaurants offer to send someone to walk you to and from their facility.

Super riad in Fez

Great setting and very nice. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is hearty. I highly recommend going there as a family. The location is convenient to visit a maximum of the medina.
