Built 100 years ago, this Eco-friendly guest house is located in the heart of Médina. It is a 5-minute walk from the souks 10 minutes from Jamaâ El Fna Square. It features 7 rooms surrounding 2 flowered patios.

Excellent experience
Muhammad was so helpful kind and friendly to us. We were collected from airport and had a beautiful 3 course meal on arrival to Riad. He answered any questions we had to navigate Marrakesh and ordered pizzas for us one very rainy evening. Nothing was too much trouble.
Room was clean and simple with a good powerful shower. Breakfast served on roof terrace if sunny which was simple but adequate.
Khaoula was also very helpful and welcoming. Together with Muhammad we felt true kindness and made our trip so special.

Very large deviation from order confirmation
We were here 20-24 Jan 25. We must say that we do not understand the other judgments here. Riad has 9.0 on everything. T about fasilites, no, 2.0, there are none. We've been traveling full-time for the last 20 years, and the truth is:
The staff are ABSOLUTELY amazing, the only value of this Riad.
The room is completely spartan, NOTHING is invested here. Ingen AC/heatpump. It was 16gr in the room when we arrived. Defiance. 24-25gr Mon-Fri. A heating element, after a whole day it was tolerable.
Look at my pictures, it's 60's standard. The front door/entrance is a barn door, see picture, the area outside looks like Gqza does now, see picture.
There are no keys to the rooms, you can lock for the inside with a rule, NOT from outside, see picture. You have to knock into the hotel, and someone will come and answer.
There are so many errors on the order confirmation for Booking.com that I can't be bothered to write all, some:
Free parking, ha-ha, you can't get in by car here.
- Paid public parking near, SECURE parking! Ha-ha
-Vin, Champagne, ha-ha. INTE
Shops? INTE
Balcony? Yeah, a chair outside, the unlocked door.
Breakfast, magical according to reviews here. Not, two loaves, syrup and jam, no cheese, salami. I know Arabic breakfast. Just so you know.

But the Internet is good, the rescue, about 40 mB
In fact, in ALL our travels we have never experienced a major deviation reviews/reality. We suspect a lot but keep it to ourselves. Most reviews from Local guides? Bought? Our experienced reviews, please note, we always book on normal requirements, never luxury:

EXCEPTIONAL
A traditional and authentic Dar ideally located in the Medina for those who wish their hearts to beat to the rhythm of the red city. Spaces on all floors to recharge and a magical terrace. Small size for a quiet and peaceful stay. The rooms are sober and typically decorated and the bedding is very comfortable.
The property is very clean, the staff welcoming, warm and generous. Listening, it always meets your every need and desire.
Breakfast varies depending on the person preparing it! Sometimes very generous, sometimes more modest. It all depends on your diet! Being vegan, everyone did the best. Some suggestions: avocado in salads, oilseeds (almonds, pistachios, cashews...), dried fruits (dates, raisins), fresh fruits. All local!
Possibility to have a homemade meal on request. Delicious vegetable tagine!

The location of this riad was easy to find and located right inside the medina. My friends and I were greeted by Aziz who was a university student studying English. It was only his 3rd day, so he was a bit nervous and spilled our welcome tea. It was not an issue, and he was very polite and helpful.
My room located on the 2nd floor was small, but cozy. There was only enough room for the bed and a side table. My friends' rooms were a bit larger and had desks and chairs. The room had a small closet and a safe. The bathroom was clean and pretty in a terracotta color. One thing to note is that there is no shower curtain or real separate shower, so the floor will get wet. Also, none of the rooms had locks and keys. When in the room, we had a small bolt to lock it from the inside, but when we left the room, we had a small bolt to close it from the outside. But basically anyone could go into the room when we're out. Something to note if you're traveling alone or have valuables. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 though.
Breakfast was on the rooftop and consisted of bread and pastries. I was so sick of bread at this point in the trip, I just ate anything else but that -- which sometimes included pancakes or eggs.
My friend had to travel to another city for a flight and was trying to figure out whether to book a taxi, take the train or bus at 4/5 am. We asked Aziz for his recommendations for a taxi company, but he said he didn't have any. I think he didn't quite understand us at first, but came back to us ten minutes later with the info of someone they use for transportation. He called the driver on our behalf and arranged it all. At 5 am, he also walked my friend to the meetup location in front of the nearby mosque.

Lovely , great location and very warm staff
Our visit was wonderful, We requested pick up service from the airport and where met even though we took 1.30 hrs to clear customs . Then we where received very warmly at the Dar ,everyone was helpful , the room was clean and the terrace lovely , They made every effort to accommodate us and make sure we where happy .
