Very poor experience

Visited with family for a meal based on recommendation but sadly, very disappointing in many ways.
Decor, setting and atmosphere with live traditional music were great but unfortunately we were left with a a very negative feeling based on other things:
Receptionist didn’t seem to realise that we had booked 2 weeks previously and was very offhand and almost giggly.
We found staff quite unwelcoming and disinterested and service was rather slow.
The food was extremely average, based on all the other meals we ate in Morocco, but twice the price! (The wine was good.)
We felt that it’s a real shame that this beautiful venue does not possess better customer service and cuisine.

Beautiful oasis in the medina with welcoming staff and beautiful decor

Called in to this beautiful oasis for a post dinner drink as we passed it whilst walking through the medina. Welcoming staff and beautiful decor.

Perfect stay in the chaotic souk

Stay here if you want an great experience to live in the busy soul area and step into this beautiful and peaceful stay. The staff is really attentive and the stay was great. As per some reviews it’s true that some furniture may seem a little dated; but we appreciated the authenticity of the place.

Very good restaurant in a beautiful setting!

Very welcome, beautiful setting worthy of a palace of a thousand and one night. caring staff.I tried the very hearty couscous Royal and my wife took the tanjia, delicious also, the decoration is superb and worth a look.
