Amazing find!!!
Amazing place to stay 2 minutes walk from the main square. Staff were so friendly. I arrived on my birthday and when they found out, it was decorated the next day and Moroccan sweets left for us. Perfectl location for Marrakech. Breakfast was lovely with different croissants, pastries etc each day. We will definitely return and advise anyone else to stay there. Thank you so much for making our stay special.

Very good place to stay in the middle of the Medina (old city)
While living in anoter Riad (see my review for Riad Shouia Souia) I was followed by a particular bothersome and shady looking man who just would not leave me alone.
A nice man in his 60s sat on a stool in the street and saw this, and asked me to sit with him for a while until the man went away (it was no tourist act). We talked for a good while, he gave me some tea, and I stayed there for 30 mins! I told him about the fine Riad I was living in, and he said, -yes, I know that one. Would you like to see my appartements for the next time you come to Marrakech? It turned out that we where sitting on the entrance of this appartement-building, -that was not easy to notice, even with the stand with sun-faded pictures of the appartements right next to me!
I said yes of course, and he showed me (probably the best) a room and the common areas. I took some photos just for TripAdvisor, and it turned out that there wheren't many reviews on it, and the appartements actually looked very well, so here is what I saw:
The staff seemed very friendly. The appartement was big, with a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. It looked very bright and clean (the shower looked a bit old). The roof terrace with a big swimming pool looked great. All in all, I think this would be a great place to stay, also / particularly for a family. Safe area even for that bothersome man, 30 seconds from Jemaa El Fna (maybe 60 ;-) ), and very freindly and caring manager.

Fijn appartement en aardig personeel
Ik verbleef hier een tijd geleden met mijn moeder en dochter.
Heerlijk zwembad, super vlakbij het plein en de souk. Drukke straat met kleine winkeltjes. Je hoort 's avonds het geluid van het plein in de verte maar dit stoort niet.
Inclusief ontbijt en een mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras.
Aardige eigenaar die je graag helpt.
Wij hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Erg ruim.
Heerlijk zwembad, super vlakbij het plein en de souk. Drukke straat met kleine winkeltjes. Je hoort 's avonds het geluid van het plein in de verte maar dit stoort niet.
Inclusief ontbijt en een mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras.

Appart (MENARA) au 1er étage super spacieux et à 1 minute de la place. La télé date du siècle dernier et l'eau chaude est régulièrement en panne.Lumière du frigo en panne
On a payé 200 dir de plus que ce qui était prévu !!!!!
Petit déj correct mais pas de jus d'orange (impensable à Marrakech!!!)
La piscine a besoin d'un bon nettoyage et de chlore (l'eau est trouble). Il propose des excursions avec l'agence DIYAR TOURS à éviter à tout prix ce sont des margoulins qui ne respectent pas leurs engagements.
