A stay that lives up to my expectations!!!

I liked the welcome and the discretion of the staff always listening and responsive I enjoyed the decor , the details are neat, we feel good, warm with lots of little corners where we can chill!
Special mention for staff always available and bonus smile
The neighborhood is at the heart of the vibrant life of the old city!

A really nice Riad that is let down by the sketchy neighborhood. Locals will tell you that you are going the wrong way (when you are not) and will demand money after they follow you to the hotel. We told them they were wrong and we knew where we were going and yet they still demanded paying. We did not pay them.
You are not given an entrance key so you have to wait outside the alleyway until someone from the riad opens the door for you.

Beautiful Riad in a nice part of the medina, about twenty minutes walk from the main square Jeema el-Fnaa. At first one of our rooms was downstairs and this is a little close to the kitchen and feels less private than the rooms upstairs. The staff kindly arranged for us to swap the room on the second night. While the staff were very helpful, there was a bit of an issue with the taxi they booked for us when leaving to go to the airport. We’d paid in advance but the driver never showed up. After waiting about twenty minutes, we got another taxi and the hotel returned the money to us, so all was well, but we were a little stressed about making our flight as Marrakech airport takes a long time!

The riad was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful artistic design that made every corner feel special. Our room was spotless, clean, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the care put into the space.
The most important is that the host was incredibly kind, generous, and patient, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. It’s really a surprise for our tour in Morocco. Highly recommended!!!!!

It was a great place to stay, the hotel was beautiful. The location was a little hard to find though without a map. Mustafa and Lassen was super friendly and their service was good. Super nice rooftop to just chill and relax. Amazing breakfast, Mustafa was kind enough to help us with breakfast when we needed to leave early for our tour. Overall a great Riad to stay in Marrakech.
