Perfect riad

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 10-day trip to Morocco.
Unfortunately, the 2-day hiking tour we had booked through a travel agency was cancelled at the last minute. Despite the short notice, the staff at the riad went above and beyond to help us arrange alternative accommodation. It wasn’t an easy request from our side given the circumstances, but they handled everything with remarkable professionalism and efficiency.
What stood out most was the kindness, dedication, and genuine hospitality of the entire team. Their willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier and had a significant positive impact on our trip.
I would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. You can expect excellent service, a warm welcome, and staff who truly care about their guests. Ps: the breakfast is also the best we had during our stay in Morocco!

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was tasty with many options. Location is perfect, close to everything. I sleep very good and feel welcome. I really recomand this hotel for anyone visiting!

Very friendly and perfect location

We stayed in the riad for five days. It's so nice and warm. The boys are great. It was a bit like being a guest of friends.
Breakfast was great. Every morning there was freshly squeezed orange juice, large bowls of olives, eggs, pancakes, cakes, fresh lasse, jam, honey and totally delicious bread.
One evening we were cooked with traditional couscous, followed by a wonderful dessert.
We had the top room. It's absolutely quiet here. It leads up a super narrow staircase. You hardly think you can fit through here with your suitcase.:-)
In our bathroom the water at the sink ran only a little sparse and in the shower it took forever for warm water to come and then it was mega hot. However, that is also the only thing we can note as negative.

Clean & Tidy Riad with helpful staff.

I stayed here for 1 night as I was looking for something around £50 per night. I’ve seen it advertised at around £80 per night at times. Its location like with a lot of Riads is difficult to find and the taxis can only drop you at the perimeter of the old town. Asking for directions isn’t easy as I don’t speak good French and no Moroccan or Arabic. But generally, people were friendly and helpful. The Riad itself is clean tidy and had the necessary air conditioning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the inclusion of breakfast was both hearty and satisfying.

A good Riad in the heart of Marrakech

This Riad is a good solution to stay in the heart of Marrakech.
The strong points are certainly the location, the breakfast and the kindness of the people who manage it.
The weak points are the shower drain which works really poorly (risking flooding the bathroom) and the rooms are a little cold for December.
In any case, we recommend it, considering the quality/price ratio.
